ABOUT Maggi Masala Buns RECIPE

Masala buns stuffed with maggi is very delicious to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For masala buns: Maida-1 cup
  2. Active yeast -1 tbsp
  3. Sugar-1 tbsp
  4. Salt-1/2 tsp
  5. Oil - 2 tbsp
  6. Chilly flakes-1 tbsp
  7. Italian Seasoning-1 tbsp
  8. Enough Water for dough
  9. For Tadka maggi: maggi -1 pkt
  10. Medium sliced onion - 1
  11. Tomato chopped -1
  12. Greem pepper finely chopped -1/2
  13. Boiled Corns-1/4 cup
  14. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Firstly to make the dough for buns in a bowl add half cup warm water then add yeast and sugar n mix it till the bubbles are formed at the top.
  2. Now in another bowl sieve the flour in it. Add oil, salt and yeast mixture and chilly flakes and Italian seasoning. mix it thoroughly.
  3. Now adding little amount of water make a soft dough. Continue till at least 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Then cover it with wet muslin cloth n keep it in a warm place.
  5. After half an hour again press the dough for another 3 or 4 min.
  6. And keep it aside for 2 hours.
  7. In the meanwhile in a bowl boil the maggi. And sieve under cold water.
  8. In another pan add some oil and add some onions and fry.
  9. Then add tomato and green bell pepper and fry for another 5 minutes.
  10. Add maggi masala and mix it well.
  11. Add boiled maggi and mix it well.
  12. Tadka maggi is ready.
  13. After 2 hours when the dough is done. Press it again once before making small dumplings of equal sizes.
  14. Take a dumpling and make it flat by hands using flour so that it doesn't stick to hands.
  15. Put the 2 tablespoon or as sufficient maggi on the flat dumpling and then cover it with finger as while making a stuffed parantha
  16. Make all the buns in the same way.
  17. Pre heat the oven for 10 min.
  18. Place the stuffed buns on a baking tray.
  19. Brush it with butter on the top and sprinkle some chilly flakes and Italian seasoning.
  20. Let it bake for 15 to 20 min at 200 C.
  21. The yummy maggi stuffed buns are ready. Enjoy it with any sauce.
