Memories- my son's favourite Maggi with a special chinese tadka

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 400ml water
  2. 2 packs of maggi
  3. One cup cabbage grated
  4. 1/2 cup grated carrot
  5. 1/2 cup capsicum grated
  6. 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
  7. 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  8. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  9. 1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1/2 tbsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the Maggi as usual
  2. Take a pan, pour oil
  3. Add cabbage, capsicum, carrot
  4. Mix well
  5. Add schezwan sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce
  6. Mix well
  7. Add ketchup, salt, black pepper
  8. Mix the mixture and the cooked Maggi
  9. Serve now
