ABOUT Chinese maggi RECIPE

Chinese Maggi is cheap street chinese noodles and its takes 10 minute for cooking.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maggi 2 pack
  2. Oil 4 spoon
  3. Chopped onion 2
  4. Sweet corn 1/4 cup
  5. Capsicum 2
  6. Crushed ginger
  7. Crushed garlic
  8. Soya sauce 1 spoon
  9. Chilli sauce 1 spoon
  10. Tomato ketchup 2 spoon

Instructions

  1. Cook Maggi according to package instructions without the tastemaker. Drain and wash with cold water set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add crushed ginger garlic. Saute on high flame for a minute and add onions, corn and capsicum. Stir fry for a minute and add soy sauce,chilli sauce, maggi masala and ketchup.
  3. Add the maggi noodles and toss well. Cook for a minute and switch off the flame. Serve immediately.
