Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. tiger prawns 3
  2. For Marination
  3. potato starch 3tbsp
  4. Egg 1
  5. paprika powder 1tbsp
  6. lemon juice 1 1/2tbsp
  7. Lemon Zest 1tsp
  8. pepper 2tbsp
  9. Chilli Powder 2 tbsp
  10. Szechwan paste 2 tbsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. rice wine vinegar 1tbsp
  13. Oil to deep fry

Instructions

  1. Clean the fish without removing the shells.
  2. marinate with the given ingredients and skewer them.
  3. refrigerate for 3 to 4 hrs
  4. heat oil in a bronze urn
  5. dip and fry the skewers in the urn till cooked
  6. when one side is cooked, place the skewer upside down to cook the other side
  7. serve with Chinese cabbage salad, fried rice or noodles
