  5. Oil for deep fry
  6. Salt 1 pinch

Instructions

  1. Heat oil
  2. Take out banana skin
  3. Cut into long stripes
  4. Take a bowl add maida sugar salt add water and make semiliquid batter
  5. Add soda
  6. Take banana pieces one by one drop into the batter and deep fry take out keep on tissue paper
  7. Ready to eat yummy banana fritters
