Aratikaya pulusu, don't use boiled bananas for delicious taste, use steamed banana.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Steamed banana pieces 1 cup
  2. Chopped onions 1 cup
  3. Chopped green chillies 2 teaspoons
  4. Spinach leaves 5 teaspoons
  5. Tamarind juice 1/4 cup
  6. Jaggery per taste
  7. Salt per taste
  8. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Oil 2 teaspoons
  10. Fried methi seeds and jeera powder 1 teaspoon
  11. Red chillies 3
  12. Hing powder 1 teaspoon
  13. Cornflour 1 teaspoon
  14. Water 4 cups

Instructions

  1. First take a pan and add oil fry spinach leaves,next add onions, green chillies and let them fry, add water.
  2. Add steamed banana pieces, jaggery, salt, tamarind juice and red chilli powder and let it boil for some time.
  3. Add jeera and methi powder, then add cornflour water to it. Until it gets thick.
  4. Finally temper with red chillies, hing powder and serve.
