Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Poha 1 and 1/2 cup
  2. Raw banana 1
  3. Potato 1
  4. Onion 1 medium chopped
  5. Green chillies 2-3 finely chopped
  6. salt as per taste
  7. Dhania powder 1 tablespoon
  8. Chat Masala powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Thick curd 2 tablespoon
  10. Butter milk 1/2 cup
  11. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup chopped
  12. Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  13. Curry leaves 7-8

Instructions

  1. Boil and mash the potato and raw banana.
  2. Wash the poha and soak in butter milk for 2-3 minutes.
  3. If the poha has soaked more water squeez it.
  4. Mash the poha along with the banana and potato mixture.
  5. Add onion, green chilly, coriander leaves, salt, dhania powder, curd.
  6. Take a tablespoon of oil in a tadka pan, to that add mustard seeds, after it spluters add chopped curry leaves.
  7. Add this tadka to the mixture.
  8. Mix everything well.
  9. Apply some oil in your palm and make small cutlets, place them in oven safe dish lined with a parchment paper.
  10. Bake in a pre heated oven 180 degrees for 15 minutes and grill for 5-7 minutes.
