Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Raw banana - 4
  2. Raw banana - 4 Potato - 2 C
  3. Chopped onion - 1
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  5. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  6. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Oil - 2 tbsp
  11. Garam masala powder - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop raw banana and potato into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
  3. Add cumin seeds to crackle.
  4. Add onion and fry till brown
  5. Add ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and add some water and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
  6. Add banana and potato and mix well
  7. Add half cup of water and salt and close the lid of the pressure cooker.
  8. After one whistle simmer the gas for five mins.
  9. Serve hot with chapaties.
