The ingredients given for marinating.
Marinate chicken pieces & refrigerate for 2 hrs.
Heat oil,in a pan,deep fry chicken pieces.
When done keep aside.
In another pan put some of the fried oil. Then add garlic & onion. Fry for a few minutes.
Then add all the ingredients .capsicum.celery.& spring onion. Fry well.
Then add black pepper sauce & rice wine vinegar..Stir well.
In another kadai heat 1 tbsp of oil.put crushed pepper.fry well.
Add to the gravy along with some water.
When it boils, add fried chicken pieces. Fry well. If u want dry.let it cook for some more time. Or if , with semi gravy, remove when all pieces r well coated with sauces .
Serve hot with any roti.
