My style Less spicy Bhavnagiri chillies stuffed with gram flour n other masala. Goes well with khichdi

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Bhavnagiri chillies (Mirchi) 5-6 numbers
  2. gram flour 3 tablespoon
  3. roasted groundnuts powder 2 tablespoon
  4. Ratlami sev 2 tablespoon
  5. Beaten curd 3 tablespoon
  6. sugar 1 teaspoon
  7. coriander powder 12 tablespoon
  8. fennal seeds(Sauf) 1 teaspoon
  9. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
  11. Salt to taste
  12. oil 1 + 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. roast gram flour on low heat for 5 minute
  2. add all dry ingredient except curd
  3. roast for 2 to 3 minute more
  4. now add 50 mililitre water water to beaten curd (you can use butter milk in place of curd+water) and this to the roasted mixture
  5. cook covered for 2-3 minut
  6. now remove from heat add chopped coriander leaves. your stuffing is ready
  7. cut mirchi (single vertical cut) and remove all seeds carefully .
  8. stuff all chillis with above prepared mixture
  9. heat oil in a pan place all stuffed chillies carefully
  10. cook covered on low heat till properly done(mirchi soften )
