Gravy Steps - In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and fry the onion to brown.
Add the tomatoes and fry till well cooked.
Add all the powder masalas.
Fry for 1 minute.
Add 4-5 cups water and cook for 5 minutes.
Blend the gravy.
Add the tikkis and cook for 1 whistle.
Garnish with green dhania leaves.
Serve with saffron rice and Roti
