Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice noodles - 1 pkt
  2. Shrimp - 1 cup
  3. Chicken Breast - 1
  4. Butter - 1 tbsp
  5. Button Mushroom - 1 cup
  6. Capsicum - 1
  7. Baby corn - 1/2 cup
  8. Chopped onion - 2 tbsp
  9. Spring onion - 2 tbsp
  10. Sliced Carrot - 1
  11. Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
  12. Chopped ginger - 1tsp
  13. Chicken Stock - 2 - 4 cup
  14. Black pepper pwd- 1 tbsp
  15. Sugar - 1tsp
  16. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the rice noodles in salted water according to pkt instructions, drain and keep aside.
  2. In a pan, heat butter and add chopped onion. Saute it for few seconds then add chopped ginger and garlic. Cook it till the raw smell gone.
  3. Add sliced chicken, baby corn, carrots, capsicum and mushrooms. Cook for 10 mins.
  4. Add in the prawns, black pepper, salt and sugar. Stir it well and let everything get cooked.
  5. Then add boiled noodles mix it well cook for few minutes then add the stock and give it a mix.
  6. Cook for about 10-15 minutes.Sprinkle chopped spring onions.
