My neice had asked for noodles and I wanted soup, so I prepared soupy noodles, here goes the recipe, take a look and do try at home

Chings egg noodles -1 and 1/2 pack
egg-1
Soya sauce-3 tablespoon
Boneless chicken -1 bowl
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
Green chilli sauce - 2 teaspoon
Red chilli sauce- 2 teaspoon
Chopped veggies-1bowl (carrot beans capsicum and watever you would like to add)
Spring onions- 1 bowl
Chicken stock- 1 cube
Corn starch- 1 bowl
Garlic finely chopped- 8
Ginger- 1inch finely chopped
Onion chopped-1/2
Water according to the consistency of soup
Instructions
Boil noodles and set them aside, meanwhile chop all the vegetable. Marinate boneless chicken with salt, soy sauce - 2 tablespoon, egg, and cornflour for 10 mins. Deep fry chicken and set aside.
Take a wok, add oil in it. Add onion, garlic(chopped), ginger (chopped) and saute them well.
Then add chopped vegetables, stir for 2 mins. Add soy sauce , green chilly sauce, red chilly sauce, red chilly paste, chicken stock.
Add water and bring to boil, add the already boiled noodles, add fried chicken add cornstarch, finally garnish with spring onions.
