Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice noodle 40 grams
  2. Boneless Chicken boiled and cut into cubes 1/2 cup
  3. CORN FLOUR 1/2 TEASPOON
  4. Chicken Stock 2 Cups
  5. Green peas 1 teaspoon
  6. Onion chopped dice 2 tablespoon
  7. Potato chopped small dice 2 tablespoon
  8. Corrot chopped small dice 2 tablespoon
  9. Celery few
  10. Pepper 1 teaspoon
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken stock in a pan
  2. Add corrot and potato and green peas boil for 10 minutes
  3. Meanwhile heat oil in another pan add onion and fry till it becomes translucent
  4. Add Fried onion into the stock
  5. Then add chicken
  6. Then add rice noodle and cook till it is done
  7. Then pepper and salt
  8. Take a 1/2 glass of water add corn flour and mix well
  9. Pour corn flour into the stock and cook till it becomes thick
  10. Last but not least add chopped celery
  11. Serve hot with soya sauce
