First of all, peel the boil potatoes, and mash them. Thinly slice the capsicum. Make a puree of ginger, garlic, onion ,green and Kashmiri red chillies. Puree the tomatoes
Now add ghee to a kadahi and when it's hot then add all dry khadi masalas like bay leaves, black pepper, jeera, and both cardamons. Add onion garlic puree. Fry this till the ghee comes out. After this add tomato puree and cook it. When ghee leaves the masala it means y our masala is ready.
Now add turmeric powder and garam masala.
Now put the capsicum in this masala and cook it for 7 mintues.
Now add some water if needed. And add salt and potatoes. Fry potatoes for some time in this masala. Then add the water.
Cook with lid for 8 minutes. Your dish is ready.
Garnish with coriander. Serve with poori or Parantha.
