Add ghee to a heavy bottom pan. Roast atta and suji on low flame for 12 to 15 minutes
Now grind Makhana , almonds and melon seeds coarsely. Remember it should not become powder.
Add this mixture to roasted atta and suji. Switch off the flame. Immediately mix powdered sugar.
Now bind laddo by sprinkling little water or milk.
