ABOUT Spanish Garlic Prawns RECIPE

It is a very easy to make Spanish recipe that can be used as a side dish or evening snack

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 prawns peeled and de-veined
  2. 6 cloves chopped garlic
  3. 6 chopped and de-seeded chilli
  4. 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  5. 1/2 cup chopped onions
  6. 3 Table spoon olive oil
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the prawns with a little salt.
  2. Heat a wok.
  3. Pour three table spoon olive oil to it.
  4. Add onion, paprika, chilli and garlic to it and cook till the onions get soft
  5. Sprinkle some salt to it.
  6. Add prawns and fry till the prawns get a pinkish colour.
  7. Enjoy with rice.
