ABOUT Cheese Rawa Cutlet RECIPE

Easy to make deep fried cutlets perfect for morning breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Semolina
  2. 2 cups water
  3. 2 cheese cubes grated
  4. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  7. 1 green chilly finely chopped
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Coriander leaves for sprinkling
  10. Oil for friyng

Instructions

  1. Take water in a deep pan and add all the spices and green chillies
  2. When it comes to a boil add semolina by stirring continuously
  3. Cook for few second till semolina comes together and looks like a dough and let it cool for a minute
  4. Grease your hands with oil and spread half of mixture
  5. Now spread cheese on it and cover with remaining mixture and press gently to seal the edges
  6. Cut with desired shape and deep fry till golden brown
  7. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot with any sauce or chutney
