ABOUT Grape Pudding RECIPE

An easy and delicious dessert, with grapes.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Black sweet grapes 2 cups
  2. Water 1 cup
  3. Sugar 3/4 to 1 cup(adjust according to the taste of the grapes)
  4. Grapes essence 1/4 tsp
  5. Corn flour 1tbsp
  6. Water 3tbsp
  7. Gelatine 1 tsp
  8. water 1/4 cup
  9. Grapes 15 ( remove skin & seeds.Take the pulp only) optional.

Instructions

  1. Mix gelatine in 1/4 cup water. Boil, till it dissolves. Keep aside.
  2. Mix corn flour with 3 tbsp of water.
  3. Boil 1 cup water & add grapes. Boil for 3 to 4 minutes. Leave it to cool
  4. When the mixture cools, put it in a blender and blend. Then strain.
  5. Pour the mixture into a bowl, along with corn flour mix, sugar, & essence. Cook till it becomes a little thick. Then add gelatine, stir well. Don't boil it.
  6. Remove from fire. When it cools down, add grape pulp. refrigerate for 2 -3 hrs, or till it sets.
  7. Serve chilled.
