Heat 1/4 cup oil in a pan and add red chilies. Fry for a minute, keep it aside
Add shallots to same pan and saute for 4-5 minutes. Keep it aside
Add veldt grape and stir fry till brown
Grind all the roasted ingredients,salt tamarind, turmeric powder,and curry leaves powder to smooth fine paste
Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves . Add seasoning to chutney and mix well
Serve with hot idly or dosai or even curd rice
