Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 Potatoes medium sized
  2. 1 large capsicum (cut into small pieces)
  3. 1 large onion
  4. 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  6. 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  7. 1 tablespoon Red chilly powder
  8. 1 teaspoon Pepper powder
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Cooking oil as required

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes in water with salt and keep aside
  2. Add oil to a kadai and add onion (chopped).
  3. When the onion becomes transparent add ginger garlic paste it and cook for two minutes.
  4. Add red chilly powder and cook for a minute
  5. Add capsicum and cook for two minutes
  6. Add the cooked potatoes to it
  7. Add soy sauce and tomato sauce and cover it and simmer for 3 minutes
  8. Serve.
