Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Two eggs
  2. One bread slice
  3. One fried chilli chopped
  4. sauted mushroom 25 gm
  5. cheese sauce 50 gm
  6. One cheese slice
  7. grated cheese 50 gm

Instructions

  1. Cut the corners of the bread and toast in the oven without butter. Cut into 4 pieces
  2. Add the mushrooms and cheese sauce and green chillies
  3. Put the cheese slice on top of the mushrooms
  4. Make a sunny side fried egg and put on top of the bread
  5. Top with more grated cheese, salt and pepper
  6. Bake in the oven till the cheese has melted.
