Eggs used to make a Smiley Omlette for a kid to like every bit of it .Heslthy and filling , easy and tastes different.

Instructions

Best 3 egg whites well
Add the milk and salt
Beat egg white batter well
Heat a dosa tava and grease with oil well all sides too
Drop the egg white batter to make Omlette base
Now heat another pan grease with little oil and cook the yolks of eggs enough to not flow out .
Slowly place these cooked yolks to make the eyes of the smiley
Cut thin strips of tomato without juice place in to make the lips
Cut out Cheese slice to a nose shape and place this nose well
Take cleaned Corriander strands to make bushy hair
All the Garnish on the smiley is once the face ie the Base is done and flame put off
Sprinkle salt pepper if you like lightly
Enjoy all of it with or without bread
Your kid wud love this if they hate eggs
