Healthy baked eggs

Ingredients Serving: 2

Eggs 2 separated
Salt to taste
Lime juice 1/4 tsp
Coriander Chopped 2 tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese 1/4 cup

Instructions

In a bowl take egg whites, sprinkle some salt and lemon juice.
Beat with the help of hand mixer till stiff peaks.
Now add chopped coriander and cheese.
Fold into the egg whites mixture.
In a baking tray lined with butter paper add the egg whites mixture and make 2 clouds.
Bake at pre heated oven at 180°C for 4-5 mins.
Take out and add egg yolks into the middle of the clouds and bake for another 4-5 mins.
Enjoy eggs on a clouds..!!!
