Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1cup
  2. Oil for frying +2tbsp more
  3. zeera 1tsp
  4. Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take maida add salt.
  2. Add 2 tbsp oil
  3. Add zeera and ajwain
  4. Knead semi-soft dough as we do for puris
  5. Roll with rolling pin
  6. Prick it so that it doent fluff while frying.
  7. Deep fry on medium flame then slow the gas so that it doesn't darken.
  8. Take out when light brown and crisp.
  9. Serve hot with boiled chana dal or any boiled dal
