Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 2 cups atta
  2. 3/4 cup besan
  3. 1 cup green onion leaves
  4. 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  5. 1/2 cup boiled moong dal
  6. 1/4 cup carrot grated
  7. 1/4 cup beetroot leaves
  8. 2 tbs methi chopped
  9. 2 tbsp garlic leaves
  10. 2 tbsp green chilli
  11. 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  12. 1 tbsp ginger grated
  13. 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
  14. 1 tbsp green capsicum
  15. 1 tbsp hung curd
  16. 1 tbsp mango pickle oil
  17. 2 tsp ajwain
  18. 1/4 cup water (if required )
  19. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead a dough. Cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Make seven round balls of this dough . Make paranthas with the dough
  3. Cook it on tawa for 3 minutes until it turns golden in colour.
  4. Serve
