Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Tawa Parantha fresh
  2. 2 tablespoon ghee
  3. Chopped finely Mixed nuts , like cashew and almonds
  4. 1/3 tablespoon white sesame seeds
  5. 1/2 tablespoon desiccated coconut powder
  6. 1 tablespoon Sugar
  7. For Garnishing:
  8. peanuts 1 tablespoon
  9. Kishmish 1 tablespoon
  10. Cashewnuts 2

Instructions

  1. First break the paranthas in small pieces, by shredding it with hands.
  2. Then place it in a mortar and pestle and further pound it into a coarse crumbly mixture. This can also be done in a chopper or food processor.
  3. At this point add the sugar, sesame seeds and chopped nuts. Toss it all together for a couple of minutes till incorporated.
  4. Transfer into a bowl and garnish with mentioned ingredients . serve the Punjabi Choorie immediately.
