Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 gms Wheat flour
  2. 2 Tbsp ghee
  3. 1 medium piece ginger
  4. 1 green chilli
  5. 1 Tbsp jeera
  6. 1 Tbsp saunf
  7. 1 Tsp Pepper corns
  8. Salt
  9. 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
  10. 250 gms soaked moong dal
  11. 1 ginger, chopped
  12. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  13. 1 tsp oil
  14. 1/2 tsp heeng
  15. 2 Tsp garam masala
  16. Desi ghee to fry

Instructions

  1. Knead a dough of wheat flour with ghee, salt & water.
  2. Boil soaked moong dal in a pan with some salt & turmeric powder .
  3. Strain it after 1-2 boil.
  4. Heat oil in the same pan.
  5. Add heeng & sauté pounded jeera, saunf, pepper corns, coriander seeds, chopped ginger, and chillies.
  6. Now add moong dal to it. Add salt and garam masala to it. 
  7. Make dough balls, stuff it with moong dalmixture & roll out gently.
  8. Fry it in desi ghee, and serve with curd and pickle.
