Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Nendran pazham-2 pieces
  2. All purpose flour - 1 cup
  3. Rice Flour - 3 tbsp
  4. Salt- 1 tbsp
  5. sugar -a pinch
  6. Turmeric powder- a pinch
  7. Water as required to make batter
  8. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Slice down the nendram Pazham into thin slices
  2. Make a batter by mixing all purpose flour,rice flour, salt ,sugar,turmeric powder and add water to make a batter.
  3. Fry the pooris
  4. Serve Hot
