1.For the dough mix all ingredients except water, then mix water little by little as required n make a soft dough n leave it aside for 15mins. 2. In a pan add mustard oil, hing, jeera grated ginger, haldi, chilli powder, dhaniya powder. When the masala starts crackling add mashed potatoes n peas. Then add rest of the masalas. Roast the filling nicely n when an aroma starts coming stwich off the gas n add mint leaves n coriander leavers n mix well. 3. Take a ball of the dough n roll it with the rolling pin into a little thick roti. Cut it to half from center. Take one half on ur palm put some water on the straight edge to seal the side to make a cone. Fill the potato masala nicely. Seal the mouth of the cone thoroughly. Make all samosas in the same way. Now brush up the samosas with some refund oil n put them in the baking tray . 4. Put the tray in the oven on grill mode n bake it till the samosas r brown in color from all sides. 5. Take them out from oven n serve hot with mint chutney n sweet imli chutney.
