a traditional dish of bengal...we cook different things with rice flour in the auspicious occassion of makar sankranti..this recipe is one of them..but we make this in casual days also..eat with vegetables,fish curry,mutton or chicken etc..

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Rice flour
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1 Cup water
  4. Salt
  5. turmeric/food colour..if wish..

Instructions

  1. take the rice flour, egg,salt in a bowl..mix..
  2. add water..then whisk to make a smooth batter
  3. pour this mixture in a bottle having a hole on it's cap..
  4. grease the non stick pan with very little oil,heat well
  5. now,pour the mixture in the pan keep moving the bottle round round from same direction so that it can make a net..
  6. wait few second.. keeo out from pan..serve hot with curry..anything fried,jaggery,molasses..anything
