Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 2 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. carrot red or yellow 4 nos.
  4. red chili pwoder 1 tsp
  5. Chopped green chili 1 tbsp
  6. dry mango pwoder 2 tsp
  7. Chat masala powder 1 tsp
  8. Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  9. Oil 1 tbsp + for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel, wash and grate the carrots, take a large mixing bowl add grated carrots, salt, red chili powder, green chili, mango powder, chat massala powder, 1 tbsp oil and wheat flour, knead the soft dough, cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Dived the dough into equal portion then roll the paratha, shallow fry them onto a non stick griddle or normal tava by applying the oil till golden.
  3. serve hot with green chutney, tomato chutney or pickle.
