We all love naans and this particular one can be made in tawa, the delicious indian bread for any main curry for that matter.
Looks really amazing... my fav with all food
Mix the required amounts of maida, soda, salt, sugar, oil , yoghurt and water to make a soft dough.
Grease the dough with little oil and keep in covered in a warm place for 3 hours.
Now knead the dough again and divide into 4 roundels.
Heat an iron tawa or skillet (should not be non stick) on a medium flame.
Roll out the dough and sprinkle water on one side of the flat roll.. put the naan on the tawa such that the watered layer should stick the tawa.
Once the naan is cooked from below, the upper layer starts bubbling. Now turn the tawa so that it faces the flames and the naan gets roasted on top.
Smear butter and garnish with corriander leaves to serve...
