Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. INGRIDENTS FOR THE PIE
  2. I cup APF
  3. 2tbs sugar
  4. A pinch of salt
  5. 1/2cup butter cut in cubes
  6. For the Jelly
  7. 100ml strawberry juice fresh
  8. 1/2cup Sugar
  9. 2 Tbs cornstarch
  10. 1 can sprite
  11. A pinch of salt
  12. 10 to 15 strawberries

Instructions

  1. for the crust: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Add all ingredients to a mixer bowl or food processor, mix until crumbly. Press into a half sheet pan (about 18 x 12). Prick all over with a fork. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  2. For the pie: Add a juice, sugar, cornstarch, salt and Sprite to a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and whisk. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Slice strawberries. Arrange over crust. Pour filling over strawberries Refrigerate 2 hours or until set. Garnish with whipped cream or as it is..
