Ingredients: indgredients for cake batter 150gm maida; 1tsp baking soda; 2tsp Baking powder; 1tsp Strawberry essence; 200gm milkmaid; 4TBSP BUTTER; 3/4 cup Strawberry juice; *Indgredients for Strawberry juice; 1) 1 cup finely chopped Strawberry; 2) 2 cup water; 3) 5tbsp sugar; Indgredients for icing; 300gm tropolite whipped cream; 2 drops Strawberry essence

1tsp Strawberry essence
200gm milkmaid
4TBSP BUTTER
3/4 cup Strawberry juice
*Indgredients for Strawberry juice
1) 1 cup finely chopped Strawberry
2) 2 cup water
3) 5tbsp sugar
Indgredients for icing
300gm tropolite whipped cream
2 drops Strawberry essence

Instructions

First make Strawberry juice .In a bowl mix all the ingredients that mentioned in the strawberry juice indgredients an boil it for 5 minutes and strain it with the help of Strainer
Siever maida, soda and baking powder
In a bowl mix butter, milkmaid, essence, juice and flour and beat it for 2 minutes
Pour this cake batter into greeced heart shape mould and bake it in the pre heated oven for 20 minutes at 180c°
When cake is cooled , cut it from the middle and spray juice and apply whipped cream...And arrange both parts on one on another. Apply whipped cream all over the cake
For shining and marble effect take 1 cup melted whipped cream and 4 to 5 drops pink colour and stir it for two to three time and pour it directly on the cake
