Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup sour curd
  2. 1 medium Chopped Onion
  3. 3 no chilli chopped
  4. 1 tsp chopped ginger
  5. 2 Tbsp fresh coriender leaves
  6. 1/2 tsp cumin seed crushed
  7. 8 to 10 curry leaves
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  10. 1 cup All purpose flour 1 cup
  11. 2 tbsp rice flour
  12. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl pour thick curd now add chopped onion , green chilli , ginger , fresh coriender leaves, curry leaves, cumin seeds crushed , salt mix well keep for 10 minutes
  2. After 10 Min add in rice flour, refined flour, & baking soda mix all together adjust to consistency like smooth batter... again keep aside for 15 To 20 minutes for rest
  3. Now take deep kadai add oil heat on medium flame make small balls(same medu vada batter & procedure but here we making balls ) fry them 3 to 4 minutes till golden brown...
  4. serve hot
