Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Dark chocolate 125 gms
  2. Pomegranate juice 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar 1/4 cup
  4. Peppermint essence.

Instructions

  1. Cook orange juice and sugar together till thickens stirring continuously.
  2. Syrup should be less than single strand consistency.
  3. Remove from flame. Let it cool down. Add few drops of peppermint essence.
  4. Melt dark chocolate on double boiler.
  5. Pour a spoon full of molten chocolate in a silicon mould.
  6. Put a tea spoonful cooled gel in center and cover with melted chocolate again.
  7. Set in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  8. Demould gently and relish.
  9. Make fruit gel of varied flavours using different fruit juices in same manner.
