1 . Slit the fish as shown in the pics and smear with salt and turmeric powder.
2 . Fry in mustard oil and keep aside
3 . Add whole cumin seeds, bay leaf, and red chilly in same oil. Followed by tomato, ginger paste and all masalas except garam masala.
4 .cook for few minutes. Add water when oil separate out from masalas and boil for 2 minutes.
5 . Add fish once the gravy is made. Add garam masala and cover it.
6 . Fish is ready to serve after 5 minutes.
SERVING: 4
