Fry the fish and keep aside.
Add black cumin seeds.
Now add the mixture of tomato ,white cumin seeds and dry Chillies in the pan.
Saute it.
Add salt.
Add turmeric, coriender powder, chilli powder.
Cook in low flame until oil separates.
Now add half cup hot water.
Add the fried fish.
Cook in low flame for 10 minutes.
Now serve with steamed rice.
