Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hand full of Climbing brinjal ( kantakaari -Latta) leaves
  2. 4 Dry red chillies
  3. Tamarind small pieces
  4. Coconut 1/4 cup
  5. Musted seeds
  6. Curry leaves
  7. One teaspoon of urudu dall
  8. 3 small onios
  9. 6 garlic pieces
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 2 teaspoon of oil

Instructions

  1. Take a climbing brinjal leaves.
  2. Heat a oil.
  3. Add. Urudu dal, red chillies.
  4. After brown color transfer the that and all.
  5. Then add, onion and garlic.
  6. Saute that until golden brown.
  7. Add a leaves and saute well. That was shrink so transfer the jar
  8. Then add tamarind, and coconut.
  9. Add Salt to taste .
  10. Ground it well, ads water also.
  11. Heat a oil and add musted seeds and curry leaves. Then put a chutney.
  12. It's a best remedy for cough and cold. This chutney with hot idly combination was wondering.
