Dai (yogurt)Phuchhka which is actually a chaat preparation. Preparation and ingredients are quite long but satisfying taste buds with Dai(yoghurt)phuchhka chaat just worth it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 pack ready to eat wheat panipuri/phuchhka
  2. 1 big potato boiled and mashed
  3. 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas/ Chole
  4. 1 cup sweet tamarind chutney
  5. 1 cup green coriander chutney
  6. 1 cup besan sev
  7. 1 cup beaten yogurt
  8. 1/2 cup besan boondi
  9. 1 tsp red chili powder
  10. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  11. 1 tsp cumin powder
  12. 1 tbsp chat masala
  13. 1/2 cup chopped coriander /cilantro
  14. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  15. Salt for seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add mashed potato, boiled chickpeas,red chili powder, coriander powder,cumin powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, chopped cilantro and salt. mix it all nicely and keep aside.
  2. Arrange remaining all ingredients in separate bowls.
  3. Take a panipuri make a hole on it and fill it with 1 tsp of mashed potato filling,1 tsp of sweet chutney, 1 tsp of green chutney,1 tsp of beaten yogurt, 1 tsp of besan boondi and 1 tsp of besan sev.
  4. Sprinkle some chaat masala and garnish with chopped cilantro, do same to all.
