People don't like upama after it is cold. That left over upama can be used to make evening snack.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Upama 1 cup
  2. Rice flour 2 spoons
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a Bowl put upama, rice flour and salt sprinkle little water and mix well.
  2. Grease hands with little oil take small ball of the mixture. Make them cutlet shaped and deep fry.
  3. You can have with sauce or mint coriander chutney.
