ABOUT Rice tikki RECIPE

A healthy n tasty snack made of left over rice n mixed veggies.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 2 cups of cooked left over rice
  2. 1 onion chopped
  3. 2 green chilis
  4. Corriender leave 1/2 cup
  5. Mixed veggies (carrot ,beans,potato, caulifloawer) etc 1 cup
  6. salt as per taste
  7. Garam masala 2 tsp
  8. Chili flakes 1 tsp.
  9. Bread crumbs for coating
  10. oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredient except oil and bread crumb
  2. Make a smooth batter
  3. Keep it aside for setting
  4. Now add oil in pan.
  5. Make tikkis of the mixure and coat with bread crumbs
  6. Shallow fry..
  7. Tikkis are ready to be served with ketchup or chutney of ur choice
