A maida dosa stuffed with coconut and sugar.
Looks really tasty!
Mix maida and milk to a dosa like consistency and keep it aside. Add a pinch of salt while making the batter.
Grate coconut. If you are grating the coconut in the mixer then add the cardamom seeds to it else crush the seeds and add it to the grated coconut. If you are garting it in the mixer ensure that the coconut is grainy.
To the grated coconut, add a pinch of jeera and sugar (do not use powdered sugar).
Heat the pan and swear little butter. Pour a laddle of batter and spread the batter evenly. Place a lid, let it cook for 30 sec. Flip it on the other side, now cook for 30 sec without covering. Remove from pan and place it on to a plate.
Place the coconut mixture in a vertical posistion in the dosa and roll the dosa (see pic). The dosa should still be hot while you roll so that the sugar gets time to melt and still remain crunchy.
Once all are done, sprinkle grated coconut or icing sugar. Serve it with love.
