ABOUT Prawns Garlic Lemon Rice RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Prawns (Cleaned)– 250 g
  2. Rice (washed) – 1 cup
  3. Onion (Chopped)- 1
  4. Lemon juice – 1
  5. Lemon Zest – ¼ tsp
  6. Green Chilly – 3
  7. Ginger – 1 inch
  8. Garlic – 6
  9. Coriander leaves – a bunch
  10. Water – 3 cups
  11. Salt
  12. oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add grated ginger, garlic, chilly and chopped coriander leaves and fry.
  2. Add chopped onion and fry till it becomes translucent
  3. Now add lemon juice, prawns and salt
  4. Cook till the prawns is half done and then add the rice and mix well.
  5. Pour the water, add lemon zest and cover and cook till rice is cooked.
