Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hilsha fish 4 pieces
  2. Mustard oil for fry 2 tbs
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Tumeric powder 1 tsp
  5. For gravy make a paste with below mentioned ingredients
  6. Cashew nuts 5 nos
  7. Raisins 5 nos
  8. Kasorimethi 2 tsp
  9. Oregano 1 tsp
  10. Parsley leaves 1 tsp
  11. Tomato 1 nos
  12. Green chilli 2 nos slit
  13. Coconut 2 tbs scraped
  14. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  15. Curd 2 tbs
  16. Mustard seeds 1 sp

Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder for 5 minutes.
  2. Fry the fish pieces till light brown in colour.
  3. Then set aside.
  4. Make a fine paste all above the ingredients.
  5. Then add 1 cup water.
  6. Heat another pan pour this mixture and fried fish cook it for 7 minutes add salt , sugar to taste.
  7. Garnish with chillies ,serve with plain hot steamed rice.
