This 'Ghavan' is the popular breakfast in "Kokan". It is soft, netted rice pancake with sweet stuffing in 7 parts. Therefore its called sat kappi ghavne ( 7 layered pancake ).

Heat a heavy bottomed vessel. Add grated coconut and jaggery and mix well.
keep stirring till jaggery melts
keep this mixture aside.
Mix rice flour, salt in a vessel. Add water and stir. Consistency should be similar to milk.
Heat a nonstick dosa pan. Ensure that pan is hot and spread 2-3 drops of oil on it and place a half cup rice flour batter.
Dont spread it, just pour it, It will automatically spread in round shape.
You will notice holes on batter. Let it cook on medium to slow flame.
When its cooked and edges start lifting, add topping of coconut-jaggery mix, on the half side.
Fold to cover the mixture as shown below.
Keeping the folded Ghawan in the pan, dizzle oil on empty half side and Place half cup batter on it.
When this side is cooked spread coconut- jaggery mix, on it.
Now flip the first part of Ghawan backward as shown below.
Thus proceed till you get 7 parts of stuffing.
Carefully take out the layered ghawan (pancake) on plate.
Cut it into 2 parts with a help of knife and serve.
