Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 small can tuna chunks/flakes
  2. 1 onion finely chopped
  3. Coriander leaves finely chopped 3 tbsp
  4. Mayonnaise 3-4tbsp
  5. 1 green chilli finely chopped
  6. Pinch of sugar
  7. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  8. Salt
  9. Butter to toast the bread

Instructions

  1. Toast bread with generous amount of butter.Set it aside.
  2. Saute onion and tuna in butter for few minutes.
  3. Switch off the stove.
  4. Add in coriander leaves,finely chopped chilli,pinch of sugar & salt, pepper powder and mayonnaise.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Spread in the toasted bread and place another bread to close it.
  7. Enjoy your delicious healthy sandwich.
