Delicious indian fish with some italian flavours.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Rohu fish - 100 gm
  2. Potatoes (diced) - 1
  3. Fried onion - 1/4 th cup
  4. Chilly flakes - 2 tsp
  5. Oregano- 2 tsp
  6. Ginger & garlic (chopped) - 1 tbsp
  7. Egg - 1
  8. Grated cheese - 4 tbsp
  9. Butter - 3 tbsp
  10. Salt
  11. Refined oil
  12. Bread crumbs - 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Deep fry the fish pieces and the potatoes in hot oil. De-bone the fish pieces.
  2. Now make a paste of the fried fish pieces, potatoes, fried onion, ginger , garlic, chilli flakes with an egg , in a blender.
  3. Add half the cheese, half the butter, salt, oregano and chilly flakes to above paste.
  4. Now grease a baking tray and spread the fish mixture into it
  5. Sprinkle bread crumbs and rest of the cheese on top and bake it at 180 degree Celsius in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or till the top is golden brown. Cut and serve
