ABOUT Baked Rice Fritters RECIPE

I have used Leftover soft white rice for this recipe , did not use oil , baked them .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice 1 1/2 cups
  2. Besan 1/2 cup
  3. Chilli green 2 chopped
  4. Cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
  5. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Chilli powder 1/3 tsp
  8. Salt
  9. Carrom seeds 1/2 tsp
  10. Asafoetida a pinch
  11. Onion chopped 1
  12. Fresh coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  13. Dry mango powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Water 3_4 tbsp
  15. Mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp
  16. Ginger Paste 1 Tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
  2. Take a big bowl
  3. Smash rice well
  4. Now mix gram flour / besan
  5. Add all other ingredients one by one except cheese
  6. Now make medium sized balls , put cheese in the middle , again give disc shape
  7. Now in a greased baking tray keep them
  8. Keep little distance in between
  9. Bake for 1 hour or more , flip them in between , brush some oil
  10. Bake until they are golden brown
  11. Serve hot with tomato sauce

Nice, rice flour.... must be so nice and crispy!
